Job Title: CRM Coordinator
Location: Los Angeles, CA / Remote
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM Coordinator to support the execution and day-to-day operations of customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives. This role will focus on managing in-app messaging and banner workflows, ensuring seamless execution, accurate reporting, and effective coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tools, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end in-app banner workflow, including campaign setup, execution, and performance reporting in partnership with external vendors (e.g., Redfast)
- Coordinate and support CRM campaign execution across platforms such as Salesforce and Braze
- Track, log, and help resolve issues across CRM and marketing technology tools, including SDK integrations and campaign delivery systems
- Maintain and organize team assets, including naming conventions, campaign calendars, and shared documentation
- Assist in creating and maintaining CRM playbooks, process documentation, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth campaign delivery
- Provide backup support for CRM operations when team leads are unavailable
- Support reporting efforts by tracking campaign performance and ensuring data accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 2 4 years of experience in CRM operations, marketing operations, or lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with in-app messaging, push notifications, or banner campaign tools (e.g., Redfast or similar)
- Basic understanding of campaign reporting, analytics, and performance tracking
- Familiarity with mobile marketing, SDK integrations, or customer engagement platforms
- Experience in media, entertainment, or digital subscription businesses is a plus
