Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution architecture and design for SAP A&D programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices
Drive end-to-end delivery of SAP solutions including S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and transformations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements across supply chain, manufacturing, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul), and project systems
Define and implement scalable, secure, and compliant architectures tailored to Aerospace & Defense standards
Provide solutioning support during pre-sales, including RFP responses, effort estimation, and client presentations
Oversee integration strategy across SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., PLM, MES, third-party logistics)
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the A&D industry
Mentor and guide delivery teams, ensuring high-quality execution and governance
Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation using SAP capabilities
