Lead Program Manager

job summary:

Manages multiple projects and orchestrates the results to achieve a broad program goal. Plans and implements schedules and monitors program from inception through delivery. Defines and reports program roadmap, status, development issues and success metrics. Identifies and monitors areas of risk. Continuously seeks opportunities to improve cost, performance and schedule. Builds and manages to budgets. Facilitates communication and coordination among projects. Manages stakeholder engagement and satisfaction. Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting component projects or overall program.

Resources expected to lead feature refinement sessions to document source to target requirements in excel identifying and transformations. Resources will document requirements in Jira as features and stories. Resources will report progress using PowerPoint and project schedule (Excel).

Candidate should have a deep AML business and technical acumen. Candidate should have strong experience in developing software specifications to integrate origination and servicing systems into Bridger Insight XG, Actimize SAM, Actimize CDD, and Actimize ActOne. Candidate should have knowledge of investment technical and business acumen. Candidate should have knowledge of Information Governance (CDEs, Sensitive Data Management, encryption methods, data quality rules).

responsibilities:

Lead feature refinement sessions to capture specific software specifications (configurations, source to target) for integrating brokerage origination and servicing systems, and data environment with AML applications. Participates in daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and quarterly agile ceremonies. Develops UAT/PVT test plans. Decomposes features into stories. Performs business validation tasks.

Data integrations (push, pull, API).

Agile/Waterfall (feature and story development, program/project management, change management)
