Title: Support Technician - EHS Systems Support Analyst (Part Time)

Location: Remote

Duration: 6-12+ Months

Summary:

• Client is seeking a Support Technician, provide back-end support for Austin Energy's Safety Incident Management System (Cority), which is also used for other enterprise-level functions. Perform routine administrative functions, assist in user administration, review and create workflows, and perform frequent quality control and troubleshooting functions.

Requirements:

• Years Skills/Experience
• 8+ Experience providing back-end support for enterprise technology systems, including quality control, user administration,
• workflow review and creation, and troubleshooting
• 8+ Experience in using report-writing tools to engage with back-end databases and provide meaningful data to users of the system.

PREFERRED (Optional): insert specific preferred skills for this Contract Position)

• 1+ Experience in creating job aids and user/admin documentation for users of enterprise technology system
• 3+ Experience in using the Cority GX2 platform specifically.
• 3+ Experience providing advanced and escalated technology service support including Microsoft Office 365
