  • Support connectivity and network integration across Wi-Fi and private LTE (pLTE) environments.

  • Work with networking teams to ensure robots maintain stable, low-latency connectivity required for reliable operation.

  • Troubleshoot communication issues affecting robotic systems.

Testing, Validation & Optimization

  • Perform site assessments, system validation, and acceptance testing during deployments.

  • Analyze robot performance, throughput, and task efficiency to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to robot navigation, connectivity, or system integrations.

  • Support post-deployment tuning to improve reliability and operational performance.

Customer Deployment Support

  • Participate in customer deployments, pilots, and proofs of concept.

  • Provide hands-on technical support during robot installation and go-live periods.

  • Work directly with customer operations teams to ensure robots integrate effectively into daily workflows.

  • Document deployment processes and lessons learned to support repeatable implementations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal engineering, connectivity, and IT services teams to deliver integrated automation solutions.

  • Work with robotics platform vendors to troubleshoot and improve deployments.

  • Support internal development of best practices for AMR deployment and integration.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in robotics engineering, automation engineering, or robotics deployment environments.

  • Experience working with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), robotic fleets, or industrial automation systems.

  • Familiarity with robotics software environments, APIs, and integration workflows.

  • Strong troubleshooting and systems integration skills.

  • Experience working in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial automation environments.

  • Ability to travel to customer deployment sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience deploying or supporting AMR platforms in warehouse or logistics operations.

  • Familiarity with robotics frameworks such as ROS or similar robotics software ecosystems.

  • Experience integrating robots with WMS, ERP, or fleet management systems.

  • Exposure to private LTE (pLTE) or advanced wireless networking technologies.

  • Experience working in startup, consulting, or customer deployment environments.

Role Characteristics

  • Mid-level hands-on engineering role

  • Deployment and integration focused

  • Customer-facing project work
