Job Overview:
The Manager Applications, Oracle H2R will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Oracle Fusion (OF) initiatives, with a primary focus on the Human Capital Management (HCM) domain. This position is responsible for overseeing system architecture, implementation, operations support, and the ongoing optimization of H2R processes. The role ensures alignment with the OF platform and business processes, while managing platform customizations, extensions, and integrations to support growth, efficiency, and operational excellence. Additionally, the manager will lead and mentor a team of analysts and developers, fostering growth and delivering scalable, innovative solutions across HCM modules.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the IT Application Support team, developing strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee the support and maintenance of business-critical applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and service optimization.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand application needs and provide tailored IT solutions that enhance productivity.
  • Manage and enforce change management processes for application upgrades, patches, and new releases.
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
  • Utilize reporting tools and data analysis to track application performance and service delivery metrics.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, HR, or a related field (required).
  • Proven track record with Oracle Fusion implementations, including at least three E2E projects and two full-cycle implementations covering H2R process areas (required).
  • 8+ years of experience with Oracle ERP products, with strong understanding of platform functionality and cross-functional integrations (required).
  • 3+ years of experience specifically with the Oracle Fusion platform, including functional and technical capabilities (preferred).
  • 3+ years managing teams in an ERP environment, preferably within Oracle Fusion HCM functions (required).
  • Experience with PlSql, OCI, VBCS, and Redwood UI (preferred).
  • Oracle certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations and Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Implementation Professional (preferred).
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 2%.

Pay Range: $160k - $170k

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
