Mulesoft Tech Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a MuleSoft Tech Lead in New York, NY.

Summary:
We are seeking a MuleSoft Hands-on Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our integration projects, specifically focusing on mapping, API development (XAPI, SAPI, PAPI), and RFC calls to/from SAP. You will work closely with our offshore development team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the technical design and implementation of integration solutions using MuleSoft
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications
* Develop and maintain APIs (XAPI, SAPI, PAPI) and manage RFC calls to/from SAP
* Work alongside the offshore team to answer technical questions, provide guidance on development and mapping, and ensure adherence to best practices
* Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and performance
* Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
* Collaborate with the project manager to align technical work with the overall project goals and timelines

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a MuleSoft Developer or Technical Lead with hands-on experience in API development and integration
* Experience working with offshore teams and managing technical details effectively
* Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, specifically VTEX, and SAP integration
* Proficiency in mapping, API development (XAPI, SAPI, PAPI), and RFC calls
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer) are a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
