ERP/CRM Consultant

Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Wall, New Jersey. This is a contract-to-permanent position, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Salesforce platforms and client-side scripting to support business processes and deliver effective system configurations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement configurations within Salesforce Lightning Platform to support organizational needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements effectively.

Utilize client-side scripting to customize and optimize system functionalities.

Create and maintain APIs to enable seamless integrations with external systems.

Perform Salesforce administration tasks, including user management and system maintenance.

Design and develop solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance sales workflows.

Ensure quality control and configuration management for all system updates and implementations.

Provide technical guidance and support to teams to ensure smooth adoption of new functionalities.

Conduct testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve system issues.

Deliver detailed documentation for system configurations and development processes.

Requirements

Proven experience with client-side scripting and Salesforce platforms.
Strong ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents.
Hands-on expertise in configuration management and API development.
Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user and system management.
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Platform and Sales Cloud.
Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and their integration capabilities.
Ability to deliver high-quality solutions within a collaborative environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
