Summary

We are seeking a talented Enablement Program Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about creating impactful learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training programs that enhance the skills of Market Managers and Account Executives.
  • Develop engaging role-based training content, including certifications and playbooks.
  • Manage and optimize the learning management system to ensure content accessibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective learning experiences.
  • Utilize data from various tools to identify gaps and improve program effectiveness.
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision.

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enablement, learning and development, or instructional design.
  • Proven experience in managing learning management systems and creating engaging training content.
  • Strong instructional design skills with a portfolio showcasing effective learning materials.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a SaaS environment, particularly in learning and development roles.
  • Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Highspot or Gong.
  • Background in the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
