Job Description:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluates business systems and how they align with user needs.

Documents requirements, establishes scope and objectives and determines strategy for implementing systems that achieve business goals.

Relies on knowledge and professional discretion to achieve goals.

May offer consultation to senior management and often serves as the top-level expert in the field.

Manage others.

Significant ingenuity and flexibility is required.

Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and user stories.

Translate high-level product goals into detailed business and functional requirements in JIRA.

Partner with Engineering and Design teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and proper implementation.

Support the development and refinement of user epics and stories for agile workflows.

Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas of improvement or automation.

Support user research, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis to inform product decisions.

Support the measurement and reporting of product performance using quantitative and qualitative data.

Assist in creating and maintaining documentation such as process flows, data models, use cases, and test scenarios.

Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT), validating features against requirements.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or equivalent role in a digital or enterprise environment.

Demonstrated experience working with agile development teams and processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Suite.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Background in digital web applications or enterprise software, preferably within hospitality or B2B sectors.

Familiarity with enterprise SaaS solutions, integrations, APIs, Figma

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Ability to synthesize complex business problems into clear and actionable requirements.

Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.

English language fluency for both written and verbal communication

Attention to detail while maintaining a focus on broader business outcomes.

A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for delivering value to end-users.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in a related area and 7 or more years of relevant experience.
