Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced IT support for PCs, Macs, mobile devices, software, and networks.
  • Deliver white-glove executive support for leadership in-office, remote, and during events.
  • Manage and support executive meetings, broadcasts, Zoom Rooms, and virtual town halls.
  • Handle walk-up support at the onsite Tech Bar.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues via phone, chat, and in person.
  • Coordinate IT projects, hardware upgrades, and security compliance.
  • Create documentation and mentor junior IT staff.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of desktop support/network troubleshooting experience OR IT degree.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and collaboration tools.
  • Experience with Biamp, Crestron, and Zoom Rooms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and executive-facing support skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • A+, Network+, Microsoft Certifications
