Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant
Job Location: Irvine, CA
Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $51.02hr - $58.02hr

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting lifecycle for critical roles within the MedTech Surgery division.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.
  • Source, engage, and attract top talent, particularly for technical R&D, engineering, and commercial roles.
  • Advise stakeholders on hiring best practices, talent market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse interview panels.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Enhance employer branding and presence within MedTech and technology talent markets.
  • Deliver a high-quality and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support recruiting operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for technical and competitive roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday Recruit), CRM tools, and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and coaching capabilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging recruiting metrics and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of recruiting compliance and employment regulations (e.g., EEOC).
  • Ability to build and manage proactive talent pipelines.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience (5+ years preferred).
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for technical R&D, engineering, or commercial roles in MedTech or technology industries.
  • Experience recruiting for capital equipment, robotics, or similar domains.
  • Background working in large, matrixed organizations (e.g., tech, defense, automotive, aerospace industries).
  • Familiarity with Workday Recruit ATS.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and innovations in recruiting.
  • Strong networking experience within MedTech and technology talent communities.
