Project Manager - Telecom (IP & Transport)

Location: Remote Experience: 3-5 years (Telecom)

Role Overview

We are seeking a growth-minded, self-driven Project Manager with telecom experience to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving and often ambiguous environments. This role requires strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to clearly communicate technical and non-technical concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Drive projects end-to-end with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Operate effectively in ambiguous environments, proactively asking questions to drive clarity and alignment.

Collaborate across engineering, operations, and vendor partners to deliver outcomes.

Clearly and concisely articulate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Apply working knowledge of IP and Transport network layers to support project execution.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of telecom industry experience.

Strong familiarity with IP and Transport network layers.

Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and not afraid to challenge assumptions.

Proven ability to drive accountability across teams without direct authority.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior hands-on experience working in a telecom environment (service provider, network operations, or vendor ecosystem).

Experience managing cross-functional or vendor-led initiatives.

Tier 1 US telecom service provider experience.
