This role serves as a central point of coordination for technology evaluation requests, helping guide initiatives from intake through completion while ensuring effective communication, documentation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Innovation Program Coordination

  • Manage requests throughout the full lifecycle, from intake and discovery through implementation and closeout.
  • Facilitate consultations, stakeholder meetings, discovery sessions, and project onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate communications between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and innovation leadership.
  • Manage expectations, follow-ups, action items, and status updates across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities and promote Innovation Lab services and capabilities.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
  • Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements for incoming technology requests.
  • Assess proposed use cases and identify business objectives, value drivers, and success criteria.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
  • Present technology concepts, use cases, and evaluation opportunities to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with engineering teams to evaluate feasibility and alignment with lab capabilities.
Operational & Process Support
  • Coordinate approval workflows and ensure adherence to established processes and governance requirements.
  • Track onboarding, provisioning, testing, and delivery activities.
  • Monitor support requests, issue resolution, and customer communications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge articles, and project records using approved tools.
  • Support operational reporting, metrics collection, dashboards, and leadership updates.
  • Contribute to process improvements, application enhancements, testing efforts, and release activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Innovation Lab policies, standards, and operational procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Program Coordination, Project Management, Scrum, or related disciplines.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting innovation programs, technology labs, proof-of-concept initiatives, or technology evaluation environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and Scrum practices.
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools.
  • Understanding of technology onboarding processes, testing, release management, and operational support.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams while translating concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with reporting, metrics development, and process improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be:
  • A strong communicator who can build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Comfortable discussing technology concepts without requiring deep engineering expertise.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and accountability.
  • Adaptable and capable of wearing multiple hats in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Confident asking thoughtful questions to understand business needs and uncover value.
  • Transparent, collaborative, and able to clearly communicate what is known, what requires clarification, and next steps.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in innovation centers, emerging technology programs, digital transformation initiatives, or research and development environments.
  • Exposure to technology assessment, proof-of-concept management, or innovation portfolio operations.
  • Previous experience supporting cross-functional teams in enterprise technology organizations.
