REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

  • We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Engineer with strong hands-on experience and expertise in implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will bring a Software Engineering mindset, the ability to work independently, and the ability to deliver solutions at an accelerated pace that align with both technical requirements and business objectives.
  • This role is pivotal to ensuring smooth transitions, scalability, and adherence to best practices in ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the implementation of capabilities in ServiceNow and including best practices and software engineering rigor.
  • Provide technical and best practice guidance to stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaborate with business units and technical teams to ensure newly built solutions/applications meet organizational standards.
  • Independently configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow modules without close supervision.
  • Perform system reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful post-migration validation.
  • Manage and optimize ServiceNow MID Servers for integrations, discovery, and connectivity.
  • Document processes, provide knowledge transfer, and support governance around ServiceNow usage.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Proven expertise in building ServiceNow solutions (custom apps, workflows, integrations).
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, FSM, CSM, or custom applications).
  • Strong knowledge and experience with ServiceNow MID Server, including configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with experience delivering technical guidance.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, APIs for data migration/integration.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
