We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Senior eCommerce Project Manager to lead high-impact digital initiatives at the intersection of retail technology and artificial intelligence. This role is responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end lifecycle of eCommerce projects-from front-end user experience enhancements to complex back-end integrations.
The ideal candidate is not just a traditional project manager, but a "Modern Builder" who leverages advanced AI development tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to accelerate delivery, automate workflows, and optimize site performance. You will act as the bridge between Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure our digital storefront is scalable, performant, and future-proof.

responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex eCommerce initiatives, including re-platforming, new feature launches, and third-party integrations (Payment Gateways, ERP, 3PL).
- Utilize AI tools (Cursor, Claude, etc.) to streamline project documentation, perform rapid prototyping, and assist engineering teams in debugging or optimizing codebases.
- Oversee the architecture and content deployment within the Enterprise CMS, ensuring seamless synchronization between product data and the customer-facing interface.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, balancing business requirements (ROI/Conversion) with technical feasibility (Performance/Security).
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring that technical debt is managed and project velocity remains high.
- Define and monitor KPIs such as Average Order Value (AOV), Conversion Rate (CR), and Page Load Speed to quantify the success of digital deployments.
qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of dedicated Project Management experience specifically within the eCommerce sector (Retail, D2C, or B2B Marketplace).
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience integrating AI technologies into professional workflows. Must be proficient in:
Cursor/Kodak: For AI-assisted code navigation and technical project oversight.
Claude/GPT-4: For sophisticated prompt engineering, documentation automation, and data analysis.
Proven experience managing and configuring Content Management Systems (e.g., Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager, Shopify Plus, or Headless CMS architectures).
Deep understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, including APIs, web hooks, SEO best practices, and mobile-first design principles.
PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or equivalent experience in Agile methodologies.
