Salary Range: $117,000 - $166,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements across production lines to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and supply chain to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage engineering budgets, resources, and project timelines to meet strategic objectives.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, best practices, and documentation for manufacturing operations.
• Identify and implement new technologies and automation solutions to enhance manufacturing capabilities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and developing engineering teams to achieve production and quality targets.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, from conception to implementation, within budget and on schedule.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their application in manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.
