Enterprise Portfolio Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Madison, WI that is seeking an Enterprise Portfolio Manager. This position is part of the Enterprise Project Portfolio Management team, partnering with portfolio and planning teams across the enterprise to drive effective planning and prioritization of project work aligned to strategic goals. The team also plays a key role in advancing maturity, consistency, and standards across enterprise planning, prioritization, and governance processes. Ideally, this will be a hybrid role in Madison. Remote options will be considered if candidates are willing to travel some up front.

Duties:
* Assists business divisions and department planning leads in identifying and gathering appropriate internal data and information to support the planning process for technology projects including initiative planning and prioritization
* Facilitates portfolio sync meetings, and provides oversight for tracking, monitoring, and reporting of progress towards strategic goals via alignment and reporting
* Implements standards and controls across planning teams
* Establish and document enterprise planning and prioritization processes
* Facilitate discussions with planning teams across the enterprise to gather feedback to facilitate process improvement and inform new planning capabilities
* Supports portfolio management tools (Targetprocess and JIRA) and works with technology organization to ensure alignment with software delivery lifecycle
* Works closely with finance to incorporate CBA's and financial metrics into the planning and prioritization process
* Facilitates sessions across planning teams to get ready for monthly governance sessions
* Develop PowerPoint presentations to support governance with senior leadership

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
