Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Application Development Senior Project Manager to join our client to help drive the successful delivery of enterprise level digital applications that support business growth and customer engagement. This role focuses on guiding complex application initiatives from planning through release while aligning technical teams and business stakeholders. The ideal professional will balance strategic oversight with hands on delivery leadership in a fast paced environment. This is a contract opportunity based in Marlton, NJ with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence three days per week.
Compensation:
$65 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday with three days per week onsite
Key Responsibilities of the Application Development Senior Project Manager:
• Lead end to end delivery of enterprise application initiatives supporting customer, dealer, and internal business platforms
• Guide Agile and hybrid development efforts including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination
• Oversee collaboration across development, UX, QA, and external vendors to ensure alignment and delivery quality
• Manage system integrations including APIs connecting internal platforms, third party partners, and backend systems
• Provide executive level visibility into project status, risks, timelines, and roadmap alignment
Qualifications and Skills for the Application Development Senior Project Manager:
• Eight to twelve or more years of experience managing large scale application development projects
• Demonstrated leadership within Agile environments and strong understanding of full SDLC practices
• Hands on knowledge of CI CD pipelines, DevOps concepts, and modern application delivery frameworks
• Experience coordinating and managing external vendors and cross functional technical teams
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and architectures using APIs and microservices
