Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Medical and Health Services Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Assess perioperative services operations and evaluate workflow efficiency, quality, and resource utilization across surgical departments.
- Develop recommendations, policies, procedures, and training materials to improve operational performance and patient care outcomes.
- Evaluate budgeting practices, surgical equipment utilization, instrumentation, and supply management to support operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and improve the perioperative care continuum, including pre-admission, surgical, post-operative, and sterile processing services.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
7+ years of experience in healthcare operations with at least 2 years in perioperative services leadership, clinical operations, or healthcare management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Current RN licensure with a bachelor's degree in Nursing and a master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Certification such as CNOR or CAPA preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and healthcare operations consulting experience.
