Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in San Francisco, CA is looking for a remote highly motivated and organized Media Coordinator. This role will focus on building paid social programs, supporting strategic media planning, and facilitating seamless collaboration among various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have understanding of paid media channels, content syndication management, and direct buy management.

Supporting:
* Content Syndication campaign management: end-to-end execution from intake through vendor coordination, Convertr/lead flow setup, Salesforce QA, and post-launch monitoring
* Direct Buy management :coordinating newsletter sponsorships, display, and other direct buys from vendor briefing through creative delivery, PO processing, launch, and reporting
* LinkedIn/Meta and Demandbase Ads, as needed

Campaign Management & Optimization:
* Execute campaign setup and measurement for paid media (paid social, direct buys, content syndication, programmatic) according to provided briefs and audience specifications
* Conduct detailed QA on all campaign assets, targeting, tracking, and launch setup to ensure accuracy and compliance with campaign goals before activation
* Develop and manage testing agendas and media plans to improve campaign performance
* Analyze campaign effectiveness, increasing investment in high ROI campaigns and reducing spend in underperforming ones
* Troubleshoot minor issues in campaign setups and escalate complex barriers promptly

Strategy & Planning:
* Support strategic media planning and contribute to the development of best-in-class paid social, direct buys, content syndication, programmatic programs

Reporting and data support:
* Create easy-to-read reports for all channels to monitor performance closely
* Maintaining accurate and organized campaign documentation

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
* 3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, particularly with platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Content syndication, demandbase or other Programmatic DSPs
* Practical knowledge of campaign setup, management, and basic optimization in these channels
* Impeccable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and narratives from data
* Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, with knowledge of pivot tables, SUMIFs, VLOOKUPs, etc.
* Proven project management skills with the ability to balance short-term campaign planning and long-term strategic vision
* Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

Nice to have:
* Experience in the Financial Services and B2B industries
* Understanding of testing principles and a disciplined approach to testing
* Display flexibility and a willingness to adapt to evolving business needs

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
