Dearborn, MI — Onsite preferred.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud to support customer engagement, marketing transformation, technology consolidation, and data-driven business initiatives within the automotive industry.
The Business Analyst will serve as a bridge between business and technology teams, translating marketing, customer experience, and data requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technology partners to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions focused on customer journeys, audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign execution.
  • Define functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud implementations.
  • Analyze customer, vehicle, dealer, and retail data to support targeted marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management, training, and production rollout activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention, personalization, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Support data-driven initiatives involving customer segmentation, campaign management, and omnichannel engagement.
  • Maintain clear documentation of business processes, requirements, workflows, and solution decisions.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Business Analyst experience with enterprise CRM, customer engagement, or digital marketing platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, marketing operations, and CRM processes.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, business process modeling, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience translating business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business, technical, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work onsite in Dearborn, Michigan, as required by the project.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), personalization, analytics, and omnichannel marketing.
  • Experience with automotive retail business processes, customer lifecycle management, dealer ecosystems, and marketing operations.
  • Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation or technology modernization initiatives.
  • Experience working with customer data involving automotive, retail, dealer, or related business ecosystems.
