The PM1 works under the guidance of senior project managers and project executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing small-scale projects (typically ~$250K) in non-clinical or lightly clinical spaces.
  • Support full project lifecycle: scope development, scheduling, estimating, construction oversight, and closeout.
  • Perform both administrative and field-based project duties.

  • Assist with budget management, cost tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Support development of RFP documents and work with procurement on bid processes.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare codes, safety requirements, and infection control standards.
  • Conduct routine site walks, monitor contractor performance, and verify progress against schedules.

Required Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of experience in construction or facilities project support.
  • Prior exposure to healthcare or ambulatory facility construction (required).
  • Hands-on field experience and comfort working onsite daily.
  • Strong organization, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work within a larger PM team and take direction from senior staff.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a Project Engineer transitioning into a PM role.
  • Exposure to clinical renovations or specialty spaces (ideal but not required).
