Title: IT Operator
Location: Vienna VA, Pensacola FL - HYBRID
Duration: 6 months (potential to extend)
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders
IT OPERATOROperator must have strong process management skills/ general knowledge of routers, switches, network connections/moogsoft monitoring, alert system or equivalent systems/vendor relation and portal ticketing access knowledge/teams/service now/strong written and analytical skills
Hybrid - HDQ (Vienna, VA or GPO (Pensacola, FL)
Experience Level 1 - 1-5 years of experience
24x7 work, open to any shifts, we work 2x12/off/off/3x12/off/off/2x12/off/off/off.
