Product Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a Product Analyst.

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for designing and enhancing insurance offerings that strengthen the homeowners portfolio. The position focuses on product development through policy language creation, underwriting standards, market analysis, and collaboration with pricing teams to ensure competitive and profitable results.

Responsibilities:
* Supports personal insurance leadership in achieving sustainable growth and profitability goals
* Develops, updates, and maintains policy forms, endorsements, and underwriting guidelines to align with market needs
* Prepares regulatory submissions and manages correspondence to obtain approval from state insurance authorities
* Performs market and competitor analysis using industry tools and external intelligence to identify trends and opportunities
* Evaluates statutes, regulations, and policy language to ensure compliance and provide informed recommendations
* Analyzes product performance by working with data sets to identify trends, drivers of results, and variances from expectations
* Contributes to pricing-related activities such as rate evaluations, profitability analysis, and experience-based reviews, as needed
* Collaborates with technology teams on system enhancements by defining requirements, supporting implementations, and participating in user acceptance testing

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities with the capacity to convey complex information clearly
* Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail, time management, and analytical thinking
* Ability to work independently while balancing multiple priorities and meeting established deadlines
* Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs
* Proven ability to build and maintain productive, collaborative working relationships across teams
* Sound judgment and critical thinking skills to evaluate situations and develop effective solutions
* Experience preparing well-structured, accurate, and concise reports and analyses
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
