Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer III - Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support the design, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise IAM solutions. This role focuses on identity governance, authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle automation, and secure application integration across enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IAM technologies, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and modern identity federation protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Implement and maintain centralized identity provider architectures supporting SSO and MFA.
• Develop and automate Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) identity lifecycle processes.
• Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs and identity federation standards.
• Design and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
• Configure and support SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and identity federation.
• Deploy and maintain Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Configure credential vaulting, password rotation, and Just-in-Time (JIT) privileged access.
• Perform application onboarding and identity provisioning.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, provisioning, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor IAM platform performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Support ongoing enhancements, governance, and operational maintenance.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure identity solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Strong experience implementing Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications with IAM platforms.
• Expertise implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Strong knowledge of SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and identity federation.
• Experience designing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Strong troubleshooting, scripting, and performance optimization skills.
