DESCRIPTION We're looking for a highly intelligent, adaptable, and fast-moving Digital Strategy Associate/Manager to support high-impact marketing initiatives across product launches, brand transitions, inbound strategy, and website excellence. You will be a key partner to the VP of Marketing - someone who can take direction, quickly turn it into action, and help move complex cross-functional projects forward with speed and clarity.
This is an ideal role for someone with 3-5 years of marketing, digital strategy, PMM support, or growth experience who loves solving problems, working with ambiguity, learning quickly, and using tools like AI to work smarter, not harder.
What You'll Own & Do Go-to-Market & Launch Support
- Support GTM strategy for new market launches, features, and product updates, working closely with PMM.
- Help build launch briefs, timelines, messaging alignment documents, and cross-team updates.
- Assist with cross-sell campaign planning across products and regions.
- Provide hands-on coordination for complex projects like website migrations, existing customer migration, product white-labeling
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Schedule, organize, and manage communication between Sales, Regions, Product, PMM, Web, and Growth.
- Prepare clear update summaries, action logs, and decision notes that keep projects moving.
- Act as a dependable operator who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
Inbound Digital Strategy Support
- Assist with internal linking, navigation improvements, and wayfinding recommendations.
- Review and suggest improvements for meta titles, descriptions, and SERP previews.
- Support the VP of Marketing with inbound and SEO-related tasks using research, AI tools, and structured analysis.
- Provide QC and final pass for all non-editorial website page updates.
- Help maintain the website roadmap and track progress across teams.
- Assist in maintaining a cross-product digital roadmap that aligns different product experiences.
REQUIREMENTS - 3-5 years in marketing, digital strategy, product marketing, web operations, or growth.
- Strong problem-solver with excellent communication and fast learning ability.
- Comfortable working in an environment where priorities shift and speed matters.
- Able to synthesize information quickly and turn ambiguity into clear next steps.
- Strong sense of ownership - you get things done!
- Ability to use AI tools to accelerate research, auditing, writing, and task execution.

Salary: The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000 - $125,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
