Veteran Affairs (VA) sales organization. This effort is focused on helping streamline reporting, enhance operational visibility, and encourage more consistent use of Salesforce across VA account teams.
The Product Owner will help guide collaboration between business stakeholders, Salesforce delivery teams, and leadership to support discovery activities, align on priorities, and help shape a scalable Salesforce experience that reduces manual effort and improves visibility across sales and support processes.

Start Date: 1st of June 2026 (Duration 6 - 9 months)RemoteCore ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Ownership- Define and execute Salesforce product roadmap aligned to business strategy
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, having McKesson experience will be added advantage
- Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, customer impact, and operational efficiency
Enterprise Backlog & Delivery Leadership- Oversee large, multi-team backlog (Epics Features Stories)
- Ensure delivery of scalable, reusable platform components
Cross-Functional Leadership- Lead alignment across Sales, Onboarding, Credit, Pricing, Regulatory, Ops, IT
- Partner with Architecture teams to enforce governance, security, and integration standards
- Influence executive stakeholders and drive decision-making forums
- Ability to test the product and certify working with UAT teams.
Platform Architecture & Integration- Ensure solutions align with Salesforce + MuleSoft integration patterns
- Enable real-time data flows and orchestration across systems
Process Transformation & Automation- Eliminate manual touchpoints via workflow automation and API-led integrations
- Reduce cycle time and improve data accuracy and transparency
Data, Analytics & AI Enablement- Define enterprise KPIs, dashboards, and reporting strategy
- Enable AI/ML capabilities (Einstein, predictive insights, recommendations)
- Drive data-driven decision making and user adoption across teams
Required Qualifications- 8-12+ years in Product Management / Product Ownership, with enterprise scope
- Deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
- Strong experience in Agile at scale (SAFe or multi-team delivery)
- Proven track record in complex integrations (MuleSoft/APIs, Data Cloud)
- Ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional alignment
