Role Summary
This position involves serving as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Data & Analytics team, focusing on translating business needs into data-driven solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, visualization, and technical solutions to support decision-making and drive measurable business value. It is suited for professionals with experience in data analysis, business analysis, or related fields, operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the Data & Analytics team to understand and interpret business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical data solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Utilize SQL and data concepts including data modeling and data quality to manage and analyze data effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven initiatives.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication and management of expectations.
  • Support data governance and data catalog strategies to enhance data quality and accessibility.
  • Assist in the development of analytical models and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Adapt to evolving priorities within a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
  • Need to have ETRM Endur or trading experience 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data analysis processes and tools.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and foundational data concepts (e.g., data modeling, data quality).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant education, training, certifications, or equivalent practical experience in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, data-driven teams.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Publishing Pay Range: $60.00 - $65.00 hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
