Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Line Manager for a contract position. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of sports bras, working closely with merchandising, design, and technical design teams. This position requires leading a cross-functional team and managing product calendars and timelines effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of sports bras through the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with merchandising, design, and technical design teams.
- Manage product development calendars and timelines to meet deadlines.
- Lead a cross-functional team with a focus on collaboration and communication.
- Utilize retail math and maintain a strong understanding of competitors and consumers.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Product Manager role is required, with specific experience in apparel product management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Excel and Keynote is necessary.
Additional Skills: An understanding of retail math, strong competitor and consumer acumen, and the ability to manage calendars and lead a cross-functional team are required. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, be flexible, and able to work with minimal oversight.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with sports bras or women's apparel.
- A deep understanding of consumer needs and wants in the apparel space.
- Experience in product innovation.
Compensation
The pay rate for this position is between $50.00 and $56.00 per hour. Compensation may vary depending on factors including but not limited to geographic location, relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
