Role Overview
The Enterprise Analyst has the primary responsibility to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, and manage the needs of project stakeholders. This role involves documenting the project's vision, capturing business needs, and translating requirements into useful artifacts for delivery teams. The Enterprise Analyst will work effectively with business and technical teams, bringing a cross-functional perspective to meet project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project discovery activities to document project vision, scope, and business needs.
- Identify project stakeholders and lead activities to elicit requirements through interviews and sessions.
- Document the current state environment and create artifacts like process flows.
- Write requirements specifications using clear, unambiguous, and concise language.
- Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements.
- Manage changes to baselined requirements using effective change control processes.
- Provide instruction and mentorship to team members on project scope and requirements methods.
- Serve as an escalation point for team issues and report on analyst deliverables.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience on large projects, including those with ambiguous ideas at initiation. Experience leading other analysts on large projects or programs is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Technical Skills:- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and enterprise-wide business processes.
- Ability to lay out an analysis plan for large and complex projects or programs.
- Proficiency in estimating, coordinating, and tracking progress for complex work efforts.
- Experience leading requirements sessions for cross-functional work efforts.
- Strong facilitation, interviewing, and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of independence and self-direction.
Preferred Qualifications
- IIBA Certification (CCBA, CBAP) is preferred.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity is desired.
Work Environment
This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah. Candidates must be willing to work Pacific Time Zone hours and may be required to work outside of normal hours, including overtime and weekends, as needed. Some travel may be required.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $87.00 and $92.00 per hour.
