Job Description: Change Manager Digital Trust
Role Overview
The Change Manager Digital Trust will lead and execute organizational change management (OCM) strategies for digital trust initiatives, with a strong focus on IT transformation, cybersecurity, and public sector service delivery.
This role is responsible for ensuring successful adoption, stakeholder alignment, and minimal disruption across enterprise-wide transformation programs. The candidate must operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and drive measurable outcomes related to user adoption, organizational readiness, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Change Strategy & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end change management initiatives for digital trust and IT transformation programs.
  • Develop and implement structured methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Lean Change) to drive adoption.
  • Align change strategies with business objectives, cybersecurity frameworks, and digital trust goals.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Design and execute comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Develop targeted communication strategies for internal and external audiences.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.
3. Organizational Readiness & Adoption
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments and gap analysis.
  • Define and track adoption metrics, KPIs, and success indicators.
  • Implement feedback loops and continuous improvement mechanisms.
4. Cross-functional Leadership
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional workshops, training sessions, and alignment meetings.
  • Coordinate with multiple business units and >8 project participants across programs.
  • Drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
5. Risk & Impact Management
  • Identify and mitigate change-related risks and service delivery impacts.
  • Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans to ensure continuity.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to client-facing services, especially in public sector environments.
6. Workforce Transformation & Capability Building
  • Lead or support workforce reskilling, training, and capability development initiatives.
  • Enable smooth transitions in roles, processes, and technology adoption.
7. IT & Digital Transformation Support
  • Support change initiatives in IT modernization, cybersecurity, and digital trust frameworks.
  • Translate technical impacts into business and people implications.
  • Ensure alignment between technology changes and organizational processes.

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, Organizational Change, or related field
    (OR equivalent diploma with relevant experience)
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Lead Change Manager
  • Proven experience in:
    • Medium to large-scale transformation projects
    • Multi-business unit environments
    • Managing 8+ stakeholders/participants
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Experience in complex, cross-functional programs, preferably in:
    • Cybersecurity
    • Digital trust
    • IT transformation
