Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day operations of Network Services, including WAN, LAN, wireless, SD-WAN, and network security
Ensure high availability and performance of network infrastructure through proactive monitoring and incident management
Serve as the primary escalation point for high-priority network and infrastructure issues
Coordinate and prioritize workload across network engineering, infrastructure, and security teams
Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes
Drive implementation and optimization of key initiatives, including:

SD-WAN deployment and performance tuning
Network monitoring and observability tools (e.g., ThousandEyes, AppDynamics)
Security integrations (e.g., Secure Workload, NGFW, identity services)

Manage vendor relationships, service providers, and contract performance
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering, Data Center, Telecom, and Security teams
Provide regular status reporting, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to leadership
Maintain accurate documentation of network architecture, processes, and operational procedures
Support knowledge transfer, training, and continuity planning

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of experience in network operations, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
Proven experience managing and leading technical teams in a complex enterprise environment
Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies (WAN, LAN, routing, switching, wireless)
Experience handling incident management, escalation, and service availability in a 24x7 environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

7+ years of experience with Cisco VoIP solutions (design, implementation, and support)
5+ years of experience managing networking teams in large-scale or highly complex environments
Experience supporting 24x7x365 network, voice, and video infrastructure
Hands-on experience with:

SD-WAN technologies
Network observability tools (e.g., ThousandEyes, AppDynamics)
Network security platforms (e.g., NGFW, identity services)
