Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Manager - Hybrid position located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. Responsibilities: - Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Product Management
- Support the product vision and roadmap by translating strategic goals into actionable backlog items
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business priorities
- Work closely with product managers and business teams to maintain and refine the product backlog based on business value or ROI
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features
- Translate requirements into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Define test cases, review results, and provide sign-off for feature readiness
- Promote a testing mindset across the team, ensuring quality standards are met
- Partner with the ScrumMaster to remove impediments and keep sprints on track
- Coordinate with engineering and content teams to clarify requirements and support implementation
- Monitor progress against sprint goals and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Support release planning and ensure readiness for deployment
- Oversee testing coordination, including test plans and defect tracking, to maintain high-quality deliverables
Requirements: - 7+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Comfortable with a very fast-paced environment and working with little direction
- Strong understanding of agile methodology and backlog management
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Experience defining test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and driving quality assurance practices across cross-functional teams
Pay range: $48.65 - $58.65 per hour
