Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, business challenges, and operational needs.
Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews to define business and functional requirements.
Document functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with solution architects, developers, QA analysts, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
Support solution design by validating that proposed functionality meets business needs.
Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
Develop training materials, user guides, and conduct end-user training.
Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect triage.
Provide ongoing business support and enhancement requests for post-implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Analyst experience with 3+ years in Dynamics 365 CE.
Strong understanding of Customer Service, Case Management, Omnichannel, and CRM processes.
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning.
Strong skills in process mapping, documentation (BPMN/UML), and user story writing.
Ability to communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Experience in Medicaid, healthcare, or public sector programs (SNAP, TANF, LTSS, etc.) is a plus.
Preferred Certifications: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM), Business Analyst certifications (IIBA, CBAP, or PMI-PBA).
