Job Summary:
- Serve as a senior UX Designer partnering closely with business stakeholders, business system analysts, and delivery teams to deliver high-quality user experiences for digital products.
- Blend strategic UX thinking with hands-on design execution.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, providing UX leadership and guidance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered design solutions.
- Lead end-to-end UX efforts including discovery, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design, primarily for web-based products.
- Create and maintain high-quality design artifacts (user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications) using Figma.
- Work within agile teams to ensure UX solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
- Synthesize user research, business requirements, and technical constraints into actionable design decisions.
- Advocate for consistency, usability, and accessibility across platforms and products.
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of UX standards, design systems, and processes.
- Present design concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated and leverage AI-assisted design workflows as applicable.
- Foster a collaborative, systems-oriented approach to UX.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of UX design experience, preferably in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with Figma and strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex UX work.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
- Experience working in agile teams and on large-scale initiatives.
- Exposure to AI in UX and/or mentoring experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML and front-end concepts is preferred.
