Senior CDP Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior CDP Analyst in Orlando, FL.

Summary:
We are seeking a CRM Marketing Subject Matter Expert with strong technical and functional expertise to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enterprise CRM platforms. This role plays a key part in shaping data-driven customer journeys, audience segmentation, marketing automation, and personalized engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of hands-on technical skill, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to drive effective, compliant, and high-performing marketing initiatives.

Duties Include:
* Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related CRM marketing technologies
* Support the implementation, configuration, monitoring, and optimization of CRM marketing platforms
* Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources to build unified, actionable customer profiles
* Design, manage, and optimize audience segmentation strategies to enable targeted and personalized campaigns
* Develop and maintain marketing automation workflows to streamline execution and improve efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
* 6+ years of relevant professional experience supporting CRM or marketing technology platforms
* Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including marketing automation and journey orchestration
* Proficiency in HTML and CSS
* Experience with SQL and AMPscript
* Solid understanding of CRM data models, integrations, and enterprise data flows
* Experience working with reporting and analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance
* Proven ability to operate in enterprise-scale marketing environments
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously
* Strong analytical mindset with a passion for improving customer engagement through data-driven marketing

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
