Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement control systems for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control narratives, and other technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and engineering, to optimize equipment performance.
• Perform root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Program and configure industrial control devices such as PLCs, VFDs, and servo drives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements for control systems.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel on control system operation and troubleshooting.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000 preferred) and HMI development.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, including robotics, motion control, and vision systems.
• Experience with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex automation systems.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment in a production environment.
