You will serve as the primary catalyst for eliminating downtime and optimizing the lifecycle of complex production assets, directly influencing the facility’s capacity, safety, and bottom-line success.

What You’ll Do

  • Leadership Background: Prior experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory capacity is highly coveted.

  • Problem-Solving Prowess: A demonstrated ability to dissect complex engineering hurdles and implement sustainable, data-driven improvements.

  • Tactical Execution: A hands-on professional who thrives in the field, collaborating directly with technicians and operators to solve real-world machinery issues.
