Job Role - Developer / Consultant - Adobe Experience Manager
Location - New Haven, Connecticut (2-3 Days Onsite per month)

Job Description:
• Act as a senior individual contributor delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Design, implement, and optimize search and indexing solutions using Elastic / Elastic Cloud.
• Create and review low-level and high-level architecture designs.
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and solution walkthroughs with clients.
• Integrate AEM with third-party systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and technical standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutions and optimizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) — enterprise application development and implementing scalable AEM solutions not merely content authoring.
• Strong hands-on Elastic Search / Elastic Cloud experience, particularly search, indexing, optimization and troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating AEM with third-party systems, REST APIs and enterprise platforms.
• Ability to participate in HLD/LLD, architecture discussions, design reviews and technical walkthroughs.
• Strong understanding of application performance, scalability and security.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and implementing permanent fixes rather than only providing operational support.
• Good communication skills and ability to work directly with customers/stakeholders.
• Good to have skills: APIM/AWS will be plus
