Marine Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a skilled Marine Project Manager in Doral, FL.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marine Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of a complex technical initiative. This role involves overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle-from initial planning through final delivery-ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and timelines. In this role, you will serve as the central point of coordination across internal teams and external partners, managing logistics, resources, and communications to drive successful outcomes.

Duties:
* Develop comprehensive project plans detailing scope, objectives, tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and budget
* Provide work specifications to the purchasing department for bidding processes in alignment with standards
* Identify and source materials to meet client requirements
* Define or review Project Execution Plans proposed by installation companies
* Organize and supervise logistics for project execution
* Oversee implementation, monitor progress, manage resources, and resolve issues
* Identify and mitigate project risks
* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
* Liaise with Technical Operations to gather requirements and feedback
* Coordinate with third-party vendors, including equipment manufacturers
* Provide regular reporting on all project activities to the client
* Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and project objectives

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
