Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior UI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, and the ability to deliver high-quality projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who can write clean code, analyze changes, and suggest improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop high-performing web applications.
Responsibilities: - Successfully complete and deliver multiple projects.
- Take ownership and drive quality in usability and user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable code and suggest improvements.
- Analyze problems, draw valid conclusions, and develop effective solutions.
- Turn design concepts into fully functional web applications.
- Rapidly prototype design concepts.
- Identify and fix JavaScript and CSS defects quickly.
- Collaborate on user experience choices based on business requirements.
- Develop high-performance, scalable JavaScript code.
- Integrate front-end code with backend web services.
- Optimize existing JavaScript code for better performance.
- Create reusable code snippets and standards for other developers.
Qualifications: - Proficiency in ReactJS (Required).
- Strong understanding of Web/Application Server architecture (Required).
- Experience with Accessibility standards and practices (Required).
- Knowledge of AEM (Nice to Have).
- Experience working in Agile environments (Required).
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts (Required).
- Proficiency in Git for version control (Required).
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Required).

Pay Range: $70-$75/ hr
