**Project Summary:**
Join a Workday transformation initiative focused on implementing advanced hiring solutions and confidential candidate management within the Workday Recruiting environment. This consultant will be responsible for converting organizational talent acquisition needs into integrated Workday solutions, configuring secure business processes, and ensuring regulatory and privacy compliance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the configuration and deployment of sensitive requisition types and candidate workflows in Workday Recruiting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and translate HR business objectives into optimal Workday technical solutions.
- Develop and optimize business processes, security permissions, document generation, and alerting workflows specific to confidential recruitment.
- Maintain and enhance system data quality and adherence to compliance standards during deployment and ongoing improvements.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting, providing functional and technical insight to both HR and IT team members.
**Preferred Skills and Experience:**
- In-depth, hands-on knowledge of Workday Recruiting, focusing on secure and confidential recruiting processes.
- Strong experience designing and modifying Workday BPs (Business Processes) and notification rules.
- Practical understanding of Workday’s security model including domain, role-based, and business process policies.
- Demonstrated success in managing or contributing to Workday Recruiting system rollouts, upgrades, or module enhancements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with capacity to work autonomously or within cross-functional teams.
