Remote - ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) Consultant / ServiceNow Support Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow SIR solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow SIR with AWS Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice environments and will be responsible for enhancing incident response workflows and security operations capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 6 years of overall IT experience.
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, customizing, and upgrading ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR).
• Experience working with ServiceNow SIR integrations involving AWS Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.
• Strong understanding of security incident management processes and workflows.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform customization, scripting, and configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow SIR implementations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Incident Response (CIS-SIR) certification.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
• Knowledge of ITSM, SecOps, and security operations best practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) solutions.
• Customize workflows, forms, integrations, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate and support ServiceNow SIR with AWS Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice solutions.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams to improve incident response processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring optimal performance.
• Participate in design discussions, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Document configurations, enhancements, and operational procedures.
