Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for manufacturing applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues on the production floor.
- Develop and implement solutions to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies.
- Create and maintain documentation for applications and systems.
- Perform system upgrades and routine maintenance.
- Train end-users on application functionalities and best practices.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
- 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a technical support or applications role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial control systems.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions for customers.
- Proficiency in CAD software and experience interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Bonus Qualifications- Experience with PLCs and industrial automation systems.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in a programming language like Python or C++.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
