V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Database Administration 4 for our premier client Richmond VA.

Education and Experience»

Bachelor’s degree in information systems or computer science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 4
SKILL YEARS USED Strong DBA experience in working with Oracle 19c and Oracle 26ai 10 years 10
Experience in supporting Databases in OCI 2
Experience in supporting Oracle Databases on premise. 2
Experience supporting Linux or Unix System Administration, a bonus. 3
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification 3
Experience with MS SQL Server 2019 or newer 3

Must be familiar with 19c Oracle RAC and ASM (Automatic Storage Management) on Linux Required 3
Must be familiar with Dataguard Physical Standby. Required 3
Must have experience with RMAN backup and recovery Required 10
