Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Support system implementation, integration, and enhancement initiatives.
- Coordinate testing activities, defect tracking, and release validation.
- Analyze business processes and prepare process flows and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Maintain project documentation and support continuous process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

|
Experience
|
4–7 years of experience as a Business Consultant, Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst supporting enterprise system implementations.

Technical Skills
|
Requirements Gathering, Business Analysis, SQL, Data Analysis, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office, System Integration, Interface Analysis, Defect Tracking, Process Mapping

Business / Domain Skills
|

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience supporting healthcare or public sector system implementations.
- Familiarity with Medicaid enrollment processes and EDI transactions.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and system testing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
