Location: remote ( USA)

Hands on experience supporting ServiceNow IRM, TPRM, or SIR implementations
Experience working as a Business Process Consultant within ServiceNow consulting programs
Utilities industry experience with regulatory frameworks such as NERC CIP or NIST
Consulting background delivering enterprise ServiceNow programs
Strong client facing experience leading workshops and requirements discussions

Certifications required: Must provide verification email-

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IRM, TPRM, or SIR
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow platform certifications

Key Responsibilities:

Lead workshops with compliance, risk, security, and IT stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Translate regulatory frameworks and operational policies into ServiceNow IRM or SIR workflows
Document current and future state business processes supporting governance and risk programs
Define user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria for platform implementations
Partner with ServiceNow architects and development teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented
Support program delivery by clarifying business requirements and validating solutions during implementation
Align risk and compliance workflows with industry standards and organizational governance structures
