Senior Product Manager

job summary:

Join our Global Site Solutions Organization to help shape and drive the technology strategy across our global site lifecycle. We are executing a multiyear initiative to modernize over 60+ core enterprise applications supporting Real Estate, Property Development, and Workplace Services. In this role, you will act as the voice of the customer, leading product strategy, vision, and delivery across key enterprise solutions.

responsibilities:

• Define and deliver strategic product roadmaps in alignment with business strategies, engineering, and architecture standards.
• Lead SAFe Agile events including PI Planning, release planning, and sprint execution while managing feature product backlogs.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable features, epics, and user stories.
• Guide, train, and mentor product team members to operationalize lean and agile practices across the portfolio.

qualifications:

8+ years of dedicated Product Management experience (15+ years of overall technical/product background).

Demonstrated expertise operating within SAFe framework environments and holding an active SAFe Certification.

Proven track record leading large-scale global software or application implementations.

Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and agile management tools.

Strong stakeholder management, executive presentation, and negotiation skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) certification.

Familiarity with SaaS integrations and cloud environments (Azure, AWS).

Practical experience utilizing Kanban frameworks alongside SAFe.
