  • Demonstrate strong leadership capability with the ability to empower technical teams.
  • Embed security and compliance into all decisions and daily responsibilities.
  • Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) as needed.
Strategic & Technical Oversight
  • Define and drive network engineering objectives aligned with business needs for resilience, scalability, and security.
  • Oversee the design of network architectures, engineering roadmaps, and related project plans.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
  • Work closely with vendors and procurement teams to evaluate solutions, influence strategic direction, and review contracts.
  • Provide escalation leadership while empowering engineers to own technical outcomes.
  • Balance technical risk with business priorities and apply appropriate urgency to issues.
Qualifications
Required
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Residence within the local region of the hiring site.
  • Commitment to incorporating security into daily tasks and decision-making.
